"I accidentally ordered the wrong part and was..."
I accidentally ordered the wrong part and was expecting the exchange to be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. I emailed them and heard back quicker than I thought I would. They walked me through what to do, and the return process ended up being straightforward. it was a much better experience than I expected, and I’m really happy with how they handled it.

"Shockingly easy to find the random stuff I needed"
I was expecting to waste a bunch of time hunting around for some weird little parts, because that’s usually how these things go, right? But nope, they had a good selection and I found what I needed quick. Can’t complain about that...

"Fair prices and no weird markups"
I ordered a few parts from Garagistic and the prices seemed fair compared to the other sites I was checking. Shipping wasn’t ridiculous either, which was nice. I got the order confirmation and receipt emails right away, and everything matched what I expected with no random extra charges. Nothing felt overpriced or shady, so I’d definitely buy from them again if I need more parts.

"I had a really good experience with Garagistic..."
I had a really good experience with Garagistic, mostly because they were easy to communicate with. I had a few questions before placing my order and they got back to me fast, and it didn’t feel like some generic copy-paste response.
They kept everything simple and clear, which I appreciated. Even when I asked something basic, they were still helpful about it, something about it just made the whole process feel easier. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Quick replies, but I felt a bit brushed off at first"
I had a small issue with my order and sent them a message, not expecting a whole lot. They did reply quickly and explained what was going on, but the first response felt a little like they were brushing past my actual concern.
It took one more email to get everything fully sorted, and after that they were nice and didn’t leave me hanging. Overall, the service was still good and I’d probably use them again, even though I did feel a bit dismissed in the beginning.

I’d been putting this off longer than I should’ve, mostly because I didn’t want to run around looking for parts. Luckily, they had the stuff I needed in stock, so it ended up being way easier than I expected.

"One of the easier shops to trust"
I’ve ordered from garagistic a few times now, and they’ve been better than a lot of other parts shops I’ve dealt with. No random surprises, everything showed up like it was supposed to, and when I had a question, support actually got back to me. Solid experience overall.

"I was working on installing my parts in..."
I was working on installing my parts in the garage and, of course, ran into a small issue right when I thought I was almost done. I had my tools laid out, music playing, and was probably overthinking it a bit, so I emailed garagistic to ask what I might be missing. They got back to me quickly and pointed me in the right direction. Turned out it was an easy fix, and the rest of the install went fine after that. Super easy people to deal with, and I’m really happy with the support.
